Worker welfare is central to Dubai Holding’s HSE approach. In 2025, Dubai Holding Asset Management completed 10 worker welfare assessments, Jumeirah inspected six contractor accommodations and Ejadah upgraded 25 sites to enhance ventilation, rest areas and hygiene. Dubai Holding Community Management achieved the WELL Health & Safety Rating across 590 buildings. Safety culture was further strengthened through HSE Excellence Awards, IOSH training for senior leaders, recognition of contractors achieving 10 million safe man-hours, safety forums and Mental Health First Aid training.

The Dubai Holding Women in Climate Community connects women driving, influencing and engaging with climate and sustainability across sectors, creating a platform for shared learning, professional connection and collaboration. The community grew to over 190 members in 2025. Activities include roundtables, workshops and informal gatherings. At the September 2025 annual dinner, over 80% formed meaningful connections and more than 90% said discussions helped surface practical climate solutions.

Jumeirah opened its first Eco Village at Madinat Jumeirah in December 2025 - an immersive sustainability experience showcasing practical solutions in composting, hydroponics, marine conservation and plastic recycling. The journey features a home-grown beehive, a resource-efficient hydroponic farm, exhibits on the Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project and coral reef restoration and a hands-on plastic-repurposing workshop at the Jumeirah Recycle Hub powered by UAE climate-tech start-up Midori Network, a finalist in Dubai Holding's Innovate For Tomorrow Challenge.
