The Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme is our flagship initiative designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential graduates through a structured, 12-month development journey. Tailored to provide meaningful exposure to our diverse industries, this programme combines functional placements, targeted learning, senior mentorship and a strategic capstone project that challenges you to think, lead and create impact. This programme is open to applicants of all nationalities.
The Dubai Holding MBA Residency Programme is an 8-12 week strategic placement designed for exceptional MBA candidates from globally renowned institutions. This immersive experience combines high-impact project work, senior leadership engagement and structured mentorship across our diverse portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, media and investments. Participants tackle real business challenges, contribute to innovative solutions and gain cross-sector exposure in one of the world's most dynamic business environments. Top performers may be considered for mid-management or leadership-track roles within Dubai Holding.
