Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 24, 2026: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract valued at nearly AED 1 billion to GCC Contracting for the construction of 272 new villas and townhouses at Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 7, marking the expansion of the gated community.

The contract includes the construction of 130 villas, ranging from four to seven bedrooms, and 142 three-bedroom townhouses, alongside pool houses, essential utilities and infrastructure works. Construction has already commenced onsite with project completion anticipated in Q2 2028.
