Dubai Science Park is the region’s leading science hub and one of TECOM Group’s 10 business districts in Dubai. The district is home to more than 500 customers such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, Himalaya Wellness, IFF, Jotun, and Pfizer as well as over 6,500 professionals contributing towards the advancement of the life, energy, and environmental science sectors. The business district plays an important role in strategies such as We the UAE 2031, Dubai Research and Development Programme, and Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33’.

Dubai Science Park is committed to supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs and multinational enterprises across the science value chain while serving as a vibrant platform for businesses to innovate and grow.
The district fosters an environment that supports scientific research, creativity and innovation. Dubai Science Park, in collaboration with in5, TECOM Group’s start-up incubator, launched in5 Science in 2023 to nurture innovative enterprises and entrepreneurs in the science sector. The district is also home to the Group’s D/Quarters flexible co-working spaces. Additionally, with Grade-A offices, LEED-certified labs, and purpose-built infrastructure, the district offers a business-friendly ecosystem for science companies of all sizes – from small enterprises to global corporations.
